Sauce is the key to cooking. It's a lubricant for food. It’s what activates your palate, getting flavor and texture moving in your mouth. The #1 ingredient for making a sandwich is mayo. It instantly makes every sandwich better. So we decided to make sauce that makes mayo better, so you can make every sandwich (or egg, nugget, chip, burger, etc.) better. That’s sando sauce.

The Ultimate Deli Sandwich Flavor Bomb!

The Hot Giardinayo Mayo is packed with bold flavor and just the right amount of heat. Out of all the Ayoh flavors, this one might be the most unexpected, and it’s easily a close second favorite for me. It’s spicy (about a 7/10 on the heat scale), tangy, and full of texture from little bits of pickled veggies that give it so much depth. If you like a little heat and a lot of flavor, this mayo will blow you away.

What really sets it apart is how it brings deli-sandwich vibes to pretty much anything. It’s not just spicy; it’s flavorful, balanced, and versatile. Just last night, I found myself dipping some fries from the golden arch restaurant in the Hot Giardinayo, and it hit the spot!

    How I Used It

For my first go with Hot Giardinayo, I made a Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Club that’s quickly become a favorite. Here’s how it came together:

    Ingredients:

    Ayoh Hot Giardinayo

    Herb focaccia, lightly toasted

    Roasted turkey breast, sliced

    Cooked bacon

    Red onion, thinly sliced

Butter lettuce leaves, washed and dried

    Dill pickle slices

    Salt & pepper, to taste

    Assembly:

    1. Toast the focaccia and spread a generous amount of Hot Giardinayo on both slices of bread (you need that heat in every bite!)

    2. Layer on the turkey breast, pickle, and red onions

    3. Add the butter lettuce and the cooked bacon

    4. Top it with the other slice of focaccia, and you’re done!

This sandwich was a total knockout, it might be my favorite Ayoh creation so far! It was bold, balanced, and exactly the kind of…

    Best flavor of the bunch!

Spicy, bright, sometimes crunchy - this is the best flavor of the four!!
