The Dill Pickle Mayo is an absolute game-changer. Out of all the Ayoh flavors, this one is my hands-down favorite. It’s bright, herby, and full of that perfect dill pickle punch without going overboard. If you’re even a little bit into pickles, you need this in your life.
What I love most about it is how versatile it is. It’s amazing on sandwiches (see the recipe below), but it’s so much more than just a sandwich spread. I’ve already started thinking of all the ways I’ll use it: dressing a quick potato or pasta salad, as a dip for fries, or even mixed into some yogurt for a tangy veggie dip.
How I Used It
I wanted to go all in for my first try, so I made a sandwich that really let the Dill Pickle Mayo shine. Here’s how it came together:
Ingredients:
Ayoh Dill Pickle Mayo
Herb focaccia, lightly toasted
Roasted turkey breast, sliced
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Thinly sliced red onion
Avocado (I forgot it in the pic, but trust me, it’s a must!)
Provolone cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
Assembly:
1. While the focaccia toasted, I tossed the shredded lettuce and red onion in a bowl with a squirt of Dill Pickle Mayo to coat it lightly.
2. Spread more Dill Pickle Mayo generously on both slices of bread (because you can never have too much).
3. Built the sandwich: lettuce/onion mix on the bottom, turkey, provolone, avocado, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Topped it all with the other slice of focaccia.

Wow if you love pickles and mayo. This is the bomb! It just elevates any sandwich with such huge flavor! Highly recommend
