Weather-Dependent Shipping We keep an eye on the forecast and may delay shipments during extreme heat or cold to ensure product quality. 

You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

• Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within  3-4 business days.

• Express Delivery: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

• International Delivery: We don't currently ship internationally.

If you're not totally obsessed with your Ayoh, we've got your back! We'll happily refund your first order (up to 6 bottles). Just let us know within 1 month of your purchase date.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Perishable goods (e.g., food products) cannot be returned, but if there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll make it right.

How to Request a Refund

• Email hello@ayohfoods.com with your order number and reason for the request.
• If your refund is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Refund Processing

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
