Zhuzhed Up Hot Dogs (3 Ways!)

Hot dogs, three ways: spicy, mustardy, and pickle-forward. Grill the pack, toast the buns, pile them high, and let everyone grab their favorite.

This Recipe Uses

Dill Pickle Mayo

2 bottle pack - $20

Ingredients

Produce

  • 1 bunch of scallion, trimmed and sliced crosswise
  • ⅓ cup hot cherry peppers, drained and roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill, roughly chopped

Pantry

  • 2-3 tablespoons Dill Pickle Mayo
  • 2-3 tablespoons Tangy Dijonayo
  • 2-3 tablespoons Hot Giardinayo
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 6 cornichons, sliced crosswise
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 small bag of potato chips, ideally dill pickle flavored

Protein

  • 8 beef hot dogs

Instructions

1. Grill the Dogs:

  • Grill hot dogs until charred and warmed through, then toast buns on the grill. Once ready you're going to dress your hot dogs three different ways…

2. Hot Giardinayo Dogs:

  • Add Ayoh's Hot Giardinayo to three toasted buns. Place grilled hot dogs in buns. Top with chopped scallions and pickled cherry peppers. 

3. Dill Pickle Dogs:

  • Add Ayoh's Dill Pickle Mayo to three toasted buns. Place grilled hot dogs in buns. Top with fresh dill and dill pickle potato chips.

4. Dijonayo Dogs:

  • Add Ayoh's Tangy Dijonayo to two toasted buns. Place grilled hot dog in bun. Top with sauerkraut and sliced pickled cornichons.

5. Serve it up:

  • Serve on a tray and let your cookout guests enjoy!
